Cosmic Cocktail Event At Florida’s Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

#Traveltradetogether

Fifth-annual “Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-Off” Experience to take place at Florida’s Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex has announced the fifth annual “Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-Off! Experience” is taking place on Friday 3 October 2025. Cosmic cocktails will be crafted by talented mixologists from bars and restaurants across Central Florida, for guests to sample while they mingle with veteran NASA astronaut, Mike Foreman.

This year’s “Marstini Shake-Off” includes new immersive, multi-sensory elements. Guests will visit each bar’s drinks station to sample the space-themed drink, learning about their cocktail creation while watching it come to life, and then taste it blindfolded and accompanied by space-themed soundscapes selected by the bartender for a multi-sensory, out-of-this-world, experience. The eye mask is guests’ to keep!

A judging panel, featuring veteran astronaut, Mike Foreman, and two other guest judges, will join the crowd, sampling each creation and selecting their official winner. Guests will also vote for their favourite to determine the People’s Choice winner. Both awards will be announced at the end of the night.

Participating bars and restaurants for the “Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-Off” experience include:

  • Lourdes Library, located in Melbourne, FL (2023 & 2024 Marstini winner)
  • The Space Bar, located at the Courtyard Titusville Kennedy Space Center, FL
  • Playalinda Brix Project, located in Titusville, FL (2021 & 2022 Marstini winner)
  • 28 North Gastropub, located in Melbourne, FL
  • The Alibi Cocktails & Bites, located in Cocoa Beach, FL (2022 People’s Choice Award winner)
  • Coa Cocoa Beach, located in Cocoa Beach, FL
  • Special partner: Jack Links featuring their own Sasquatch

These bars from across Central Florida will craft their speciality cocktails for guests to sample. A cash bar will be available and will sell full-size versions of the tastings. The event’s ticket will also include small appetisers.

The Taste of Space: Marstini Shake-Off Experience will take place on 3 October 2025, from 6pm – 8.30pm, inside Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex®, one of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex’s newest attractions.

Tickets for the after-hours experience are US$99 plus tax, and can be purchased via www.kennedyspacecenter.com/event/taste-of-space-marstini-shakeoff-experience

At Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, less than 1hr from Orlando, guests can go beyond their imagination and discover something real. From the dawn of space exploration, to current and ongoing missions, visitors can get a hands-on feel for the story of humans in space.

Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex opens daily at 9am, with closing times varying by season. Single-day admission is US$77 per adult, US$67 per child. A two-day ticket is available for US$91 per adult and US$81 per child.
