Inflight Enhancements Arriving

From 7th July 2023, we will be introducing Ice Cream on applicable flights departing LHR & LGW, Locally Sourced Cup Noodles on select flights from China, Hong Kong, Japan & Singapore, a second hot meal on flights from India and delighted to be re-introducing sparkling wine as part of our pre-take off drinks selections in World Traveller Plus.

Wayfinding Web Tool Trial

A new application that will allow customers to seamlessly navigate their way around the terminal has now been introduced. The new wayfinding trial app allows customers to locate their exact gate and other points of interest, including shops, restaurants and more, with the help of a map.

US ESTA Official Mobile App

The United States has launched a new Application to apply for an ESTA. This is available for 40 countries and will make the process of apply for an electronic visa to enter the United States much easier. It is still possible to apply for ESTA on the current ESTA Webpage.

Re-Cap on our new Destination Cincinnati

Since 05th June, British Airways are the only nonstop between option between the UK and Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, becoming the airline’s 27th US destination. With 5 flights per week in the summer and 4 flights per week in winter, and with our partners American Airlines, connect on to cities like Austin and Raleigh/Durham.
