Best4Travel Managers Conference 2025

Best4Travel Managers Conference 2025 Heads to Greece to focus on Strategy, Collaboration, and Luxury Product Focus.

Best4Travel held its annual Managers Conference this week, beginning with a full day of meetings at Head Office in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, before departing from Dublin Airport for four nights in Halkidiki, Greece. The group of 14 senior team members, retail shop managers and top Holiday Experts will spend time between the luxurious Sani Beach Resort, Ikos Olivia, and Zelia Halkidiki Resort — three of Greece’s most prestigious five-star properties.

The conference combines strategic business discussions, training, and supplier engagement with a well-earned reward for a team that has worked tirelessly throughout the year. Managing Director Jeff Collins said, “Our managers have shown incredible commitment and drive, and this trip is our way of recognising that hard work. The head office conference day is crucial for us as we face into the challenges of a fast-changing travel industry — it’s a time to strategize,  share ideas, and ensure we’re ready for the year ahead.”

General Manager Michelle McManus added, “Bringing our managers together is so important. Each of them leads their own team, but spending time together like this allows us to collaborate, discuss challenges openly, and strengthen the connection across all our shops. It’s invaluable for morale and communication.”

Yvonne McCormack, Operations Manager, highlighted the behind-the-scenes importance of the trip: “Maintaining excellent relationships with our key tour operators, cruise and hotel partners ensures that when our clients travel, their experience is seamless from start to finish. These visits are not just about seeing the product — they’re about strengthening those working relationships that make all the difference.”

Ciara Foley, Product and Marketing Manager, emphasised the importance of the group’s visits to Sani Hotels, Ikos Resorts and Zelia Halkidiki: “Product knowledge is at the heart of everything we do. By experiencing these resorts first-hand and building direct relationships with the hoteliers, we can expand our luxury offering for 2026 and beyond. Upskilling and staying ahead of trends are key to ensuring our clients always have access to the very best.”

Best4Travel also acknowledged the valued support of its key trade and supplier partners who contributed towards the success of this year’s conference. Their collaboration and sponsorship help ensure the event can take place, allowing the company to continue investing in its people and maintaining the high standards that define the Best4Travel brand. “We are genuinely grateful for their continued trust and partnership — it’s thanks to their support that events like this can happen,” the company said.

The Best4Travel Managers Conference 2025 reflects the company’s continued focus on growth, innovation, and excellence in customer experience, while recognising the dedication and teamwork that drive its success.
