AmaWaterways Expands Exclusive Concierge Golf Programme to France

#Traveltradetogether

Luxury River Cruise Line Now Tees Up on the Seine River.

AmaWaterways, the leading luxury river cruise, has announced the expansion of its dedicated Concierge Golf Programme to a second iconic destination: France. Launching on the popular Impressions of the Seine & Paris itinerary aboard AmaDante, the new programme — developed in an exclusive partnership with LGT Golf, the award-winning European luxury golf tour operator—invites golf enthusiasts to combine world-class river cruising with rounds at five of France’s most prestigious courses.

“We are delighted to bring our Concierge Golf Programme to the Seine River, giving guests another spectacular opportunity to combine their passion for golf with the comforts of river cruising,” said Kristin Karst, co-founder and chief brand ambassador of AmaWaterways. “France offers an incredible mix of iconic championship courses, exceptional cuisine, and breathtaking scenery – making it a natural next chapter in the evolution of our golf programme.”

Available as an optional add-on for guests sailing on AmaDante, the Concierge Golf Package includes rounds of golf at up to five championship-level courses, with luxury Mercedes transfers between the ship and each course. Guests enjoy full concierge service, including club and shoe cleaning after each round—an exclusive offering by AmaWaterways—as well as à la carte lunches with beer and wine at every course. The programme also features golf carts and range tokens where available, along with a special welcome package containing Titleist Pro V1 or Callaway Chrome Soft golf balls, a pitch repair tool, a leather shoe bag, and detailed course guides – making it the most comprehensive amenity package offered to golfers by any river cruise line.

The Seine River golf programme features a selection of five prestigious courses across France. While all courses welcome golfers from around the world, AmaWaterways is the only river cruise line to offer play at Golf de Saint-Germain, Racing Club de France La Boulie and Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil. The full list of featured courses includes:

  • Le Golf National (Guyancourt) – Home to the 2018 Ryder Cup, this world-renowned course is a true test of precision and power, famous for its thrilling final holes surrounded by water.
  • Racing Club de France La Boulie (Versailles) – A historic course designed by Willie Park Jr., offering tree-lined fairways and a rich tournament pedigree.
  • Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil (Normandy) – A challenging yet scenic course that hosts the annual Vaudreuil Golf Challenge.
  • Golf Étretat (Étretat) – A breathtaking clifftop course overlooking the sea, combining natural beauty with windswept challenges.
  • Golf de Saint-Germain (Saint-Germain-en-Laye) – A prestigious Harry Colt-designed course known for its forest setting and strategic layout. (Walking only)

In addition to the golfing experiences, guests enjoy the luxury and comfort of award-winning AmaDante, including spacious staterooms with French balconies, regionally inspired cuisine and wines, complimentary wellness activities, and curated shore excursions in charming French towns and historic sites.

With this new expansion, AmaWaterways continues to lead the way in innovation and luxury experiences on Europe’s rivers. The Concierge Golf Programme on the Seine is now open for bookings on select 2026 sailings of Impressions of the Seine & Paris.

Prices for the Impressions of the Seine & Paris itinerary on AmaDante start from  €3,536 per person for the 18 July 2026 departure in a category E stateroom. The golf package including four rounds of golf cost an additional €2.347 per person.

Cruising with AmaWaterways includes fine dining in multiple venues, including The Chef’s Table speciality restaurant, unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks with lunch and dinner, a daily Sip & Sail cocktail hour with wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks, a daily variety of small group excursions, including hiking, biking and special interest tours, high-quality Wi-Fi, a complimentary Wellness Programme and more.

This new programme on the Seine joins AmaWaterways’ popular Concierge Golf itineraries on the Danube, available on board AmaMagna.
