A walk in the park to the Five Borough Marketplace in New York at the Hard Rock Café and opening Reception at The Edge Observation deck with Irish Trade Partners

#Traveltradetogether

Tryphavana Cross (Sales & Marketing and PR Senior Director for New York City Tourism and Conventions) packed in an amazing itinerary for our Travel trade fam in New York last week. Trade Partners from Ireland included Dee Burdock – American Holidays, Colleen Butler – Bookabed, Rianne Byrne – Cassidy Travel, Linda Ryan – Click & Go, Sharon Menzies – Club Travel, Barry Hammond – Sunway Travel, Sandra Corkin – Oasis Travel, Ruth O. Mahony – Tour America, Dominic Burke – Travel Centres and Michelle MacBeath from Belfast’s Travel Solutions.

Our opening sessions interacting with the New York Conventions and City Tourism partners took place in their Manhattan based HQ which was only a short walk from our base for the week in Fitzpatrick’s Hotels in Grand Central and Manhattan properties. Lunchtime enabled us to stroll to Central Park before reconvening with all 5 borough stakeholders in the Hard Rock Café for a full on Marketplace engagement with fine food and beverages for all to enjoy. The day and night concluded with a star filled, sun setting and moon rising epic opening ceremony for all delegates and partners at the Edge observation deck.
