Jamie Airey scores 40 Points shooting a gross round of 70!!!

TIGS Members and guests teed it up on Friday at Palmerstown House celebrating David Smith’s Captains Day and what a great day it was with some amazing scores posted on the day. TIGS Headline sponsors TUI Ireland and Amadeus Ireland were represented on the day by Olwen McKinney (Amadeus), David Smith (TUI Ireland) and Martin Penrose (TUI Ireland).

An amazing gross score of 70 was shot by young Jamie Airey equating to 40 Points! Now that is serious shooting, but it wasn’t good enough to win the Captains Day Prize for Jamie as it was his first TIGS outing of the year (Local Rule) and therefore the main Captain’s Day prize went to one of our main Sponsors on the Day, Olwen McKinney (Amadeus) with 38 Points! Again, great scoring on what was a challenging day.
