Nora Desmond (Premier Travel Cork) RIP

#Traveltradetogether

Very sad to hear the news of Nora’s untimley passing this week after a short illness.

Dominic Buke (Travel Centres MD) sent us this tribute to Nora as she was a much valued member of the Travel Centres family.

‘’It is with deep sadness that we have heard earlier today of the untimely passing of one of the industry’s longest trading and most experienced travel agency owners, Nora Desmond of Premier Travel in Cork, who passed away this morning after a brief illness. Nora was a much-valued member of the Travel Centres family and was one of the original agents who helped to establish the predecessor of the consortium back in 1999. Details of removal and funeral will be shared once arrangements have been made. Condolences to all of Nora’s immediate family and her long serving colleagues, Nora Reidy, Eileen, Karen, Jenny and Katherina.’’
