Holiday World Belfast

#Traveltradetogether

Christina Black (Lord Mayor of Belfast) cut the ribbon to open the 2023 Holiday World show in the Titanic Exhibition Centre last Friday morning with Maureen Ledwith and Edmund Hourican (Holiday World, Bizex Ltd)

The opening marked the 30th year of the Holiday World show in Belfast which has gone from strength to strength attracting key destination partners form all over the world, all the major cruise lines, key retail agents from Northern Ireland, airlines, local hotels and tourist boards.

The Caravan & Motorhome Show which runs alongside the Holiday World Belfast showcased new and exciting home and abroad camping and caravanning options. The pavilion featured some of the newest caravan and motorhome models as it seems that more of us are choosing to invest in ultra-comfortable and family-friendly tourers, motor-homes, caravans and mobile holiday homes.

Don joined Maureen, Edmund Maria, Shane, and the entire Holiday World team for a pre-show dinner in Belfast’s Chubby Cherub restaurant where they reminisced about the past 30 years or so. From the early days in the Kings Hall to the current venue at the Titanic Exhibitions centre, the Holiday World Show has established itself as the place to visit and book your dream holiday.

The show got off to a great start and ran through until Sunday evening with exhibitors reporting very good numbers and a high level of enquiries and bookings over the course of the show which bodes well for the next leg of the Holiday World Shows which takes place in Dublin’s RDS Simmonscourt this weekend.
