SUNWAY – AUSTRIA’S ALPINE SPLENDOUR TOUR

Jacinta Mc Glynn (Travelbiz) heard the yodelling cry from Mary Denton (MD Sunway) and slipped into her drindl skirt to climb the Alpine peaks in order to bring you the indescribable beauty of this place. Kaprun village is lovely and nearby Zell am See is delightful. More anon. Sunway’s tour is simply splendiferous! We have a little boat trip planned on Zell am See lake and the excitement of visiting Salzburg is simmering at the prospect of seeing the birthplace of Mozart, one of the world’s favourite composers. Our Tour Leader, the wonderful Frank Mackin, was off high on the hills with the lonely goatherd! The group is expecting tall tales later and he may even be sporting lederhosen! I also need to return to the Alpine slopes as they are alive with the sound of music. Julie Andrews may need to move over….
