NCL Prima

#Traveltradetogether

#TRAVELTRADETOGETHER

Don Shearer (Travelbiz) was part of the very lucky trade and media delegation hosted by Deirdre Sweeney (Sunway Cruises General Manager Worldwide USA & Niche Holidays), Ciara Dromgoole (Sunway Cruise Holidays), Ingrid Hunt (NCL Senior Marketing Manager UK &Ireland) and Aaron Fletcher (BDM NCL Ireland) on the magical NCL Prima.

The group set course from Amsterdam to Zeebrugge, Le Harve and then onwards to Southampton for a truly memorable few days on Norwegian Prima. She is the first of six new ships in its class and entered service in August 2022.

Look, I know it’s an Irish thing but we had to go see all the bars and lounges on Prima (Day one) and here are the bar facts. We got to dance and sing along with the best tribute band I have ever seen, Rumours (Fleetwood Mac) in the great Syd Normans where you will get the best Manhattan on the rocks!

How many bars and Lounges are on Prima?

Belvedere Bar, Luna Bar, Metropolitan, Penrose Bar, Speedway Bar, Soleil Bar, Studio Lounge, Syd Norman’s Pour House, The Haven Lounge and Bar, The Hudson Cigar Lounge, The Local Bar and Grill, Viva Beach Club, Waves Pool Bar, Whiskey Bar, Indulge outdoor Lounge, Studio Lounge, Penrose Atrium & Observation Lounge = 19.

Here are the PRIMA Facts and figures for you; 143,535 Gross Register Tonnage; 3,099 Guest Capacity double occupancy; 294m Overall Length; 41m Max Beam; 2022 Year Built’ 1,506 Ship Crew.
