It’s not a chatbot and it’s not a booking engine, it’s a practical, always-on selling companion that gives you fast, accurate, trade-friendly support whenever you need it.
RIVA was developed with direct input from our Agent Committee and wider trade partners, so it’s been shaped by real agent feedback from the start. The questions it answers, the content it creates and the support it offers have all been built around what agents actually need on busy selling days.

A note on what RIVA is and isn’t
RIVA is a trade knowledge and selling support tool. It draws on approved Riviera Travel content to give you accurate, useful answers. Think of it as your best first stop when you need a quick answer, a selling steer or some content inspiration. If your query relates to an existing booking, a payment or an urgent operational matter, the Riviera Travel team remains on hand through the usual support routes.
How do I access RIVA?
Two ways. You’ll find the new RIVA section on your Riviera Explorer homepage, look for the “Need Help Selling Riviera? Ask RIVA.” block. There’s also a RIVA button fixed to the bottom-right corner of your screen across every page of the platform. It’s there whenever you need it, wherever you are on Riviera Explorer.
