Experience Nashville’s Culinary Scene During the Month of February with Collaborative Chef Experiences, Specialty Items and Offers.

The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp announced today that Dine Nashville: The Music City Way will return for the fifth consecutive year. The month-long celebration of the city’s diverse food scene will showcase Nashville chefs, bakers, distillers, and more through Collaborative Chef Experiences and Specialty Items and Offers. Dine Nashville will benefit the Music City Inc. Foundation in support of CORE.

“As Dine Nashville celebrates its fifth year, we’re proud to announce the first round of collaborative chef experiences taking place this February,” said Deana Ivey, President and CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp. “These nine collaborations demonstrate the creativity that flows through Music City and provides diners a memorable and authentic culinary experience. It’s the perfect way to celebrate our world-class food scene, support the chefs who make Nashville a top dining destination, and give back to our community.”

Kicking off the excitement and festivities of Dine Nashville, the initial list of collaborations are now available to purchase at www.visitmusiccity.com/dine-nashville-collaborative-chef-experiences. And the food celebration isn’t complete without a nod to Nashville’s infamous hot chicken. Heating up the city’s culinary scene, Nashville Scene’s Hot Chicken Week, will return to kick off Dine Nashville Jan. 26 through Feb. 1, 2026, with hot chicken deals at dozens of restaurants throughout the city.

In addition to the events and deals surrounding Dine Nashville, the city will also host part of the James Beard Foundation® Taste America® culinary series, presented by Capital One, with a pop-up collaboration dinner on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026 at Noko, featuring Chef Dung “Junior” Vo of Noko and Chef Chris Baird of S.S. Gai. The national series celebrates culinary excellence and the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities, bringing together some of the industry’s finest talent and food lovers for unique dining experiences across 20 U.S. cities.
