Riviera Travel’s ‘Primed for Peaks’ e-learning platform empowers Irish agents to conquer peak season

The ultimate all-in-one hub of marketing, sales, and booking tools designed to help agents sell smarter, faster, and more confidently during the year’s busiest trading period.

Riviera Travel is launching its new ‘Primed for Peaks’ module on Riviera Explorer, going live Thursday 11th December. Designed to ensure agents are as equipped as possible to sell Riviera, the module provides trade partners with the tools they need to make the most of the busiest sales period of the year.

Exclusively for trade partners, ‘Primed for Peaks’ brings together campaign assets, top-selling holidays, key selling tips, and marketing resources – everything agents need to prepare, promote, and sell with confidence during peak season.

Agents will find:

  • Reminders to complete any remaining Riviera Explorer training modules
  • Full Peak Campaign messaging and ready-to-use assets
  • How to order brochures
  • Links to marketing resources to support outreach
  • Top tips and key selling points to boost sales
  • Highlights of top sellers and new holidays
  • Step-by-step guidance on how to book

The first five Irish agents to complete the ‘Primed for Peaks’ module (plus all other Riviera Explorer modules) will receive a €50 One4All voucher.

Carrie Day, Country Manager Ireland, said:

“We understand the value of the peak sales season for our Irish trade partners, and we’re dedicated to supporting their success. With the ‘Primed for Peaks’ module, all of the necessary tools are brought together in one place, making it easier than ever for our agents to plan ahead and optimise bookings during this high-demand period.”
