Spring Hotels Launches Educational Video Series: At Home with Anna Marie and Noéline

Spring Hotels Group has launched a new educational video series, At Home with Anna Marie and Noéline, which has received a warm welcome from travel agents. The series features agency support team members Anna Marie Lacey and Noéline Lagache, who step behind the camera to offer a realistic, “through your own eyes” tour of each of the group’s six properties.

The first video in the series spotlights the Spring Hotel Vulcano in Playa de las Américas. Through a collection of short, engaging clips, viewers are guided through every corner of the hotel – from guest rooms and spa facilities to the brunch buffet and communal spaces – exactly as guests would experience them.

Designed to be both educational and entertaining, the At Home with… videos aim to address frequently asked questions from agents while providing authentic, first-person insight into the Spring Hotels experience. Available publicly on YouTube, the series transports viewers to sunny Tenerife, offering an immersive look at each hotel in the portfolio. Agents can also reach out to Anna Marie and Noéline to request videos of particular areas and services.

“We have to keep agents interested and engaged with our products – and to do that, we need to continually raise the bar,” says Anna Marie Lacey. “So Noéline and I put our heads together and came up with this idea. We’ll be featuring all of our hotels, with the next clips focusing on the Hotel Bitácora and the Hard Rock Café. We have a great passion for our hotels, and we thoroughly enjoy showcasing them in a new and creative way – this is why we do what we do!”

Noéline Lagache adds, “The response so far has been amazing. Our first video received over 1,600 views within just a few hours, and feedback from agents has been overwhelmingly positive. We’re really enjoying creating these mini hotel tours and plan to continue until we’ve covered the entire Spring Hotels Group portfolio.”

Feedback from Spring Hotels’ trade-facing team and their contacts has been overwhelmingly positive.

Pam Bryans, Business Development Manager at Spring Hotels, says, “The ‘At Home’ videos on YouTube give a real life experience and ‘feel’ of the hotels; they make for informative, easy viewing that showcases every aspect of the facilities. It allows travel agents and guests alike to immerse themselves into the holiday for a real sense of what awaits them in Tenerife.”

Fellow Business Development Manager, Lawrence Peachey, gathered feedback from his agent contacts during a recent lunch meeting.

Ruth Harper of Travel Counsellors said, “It’s fantastic to see for myself what my clients experience at Spring Hotels – as I’ve not yet experienced them myself.“

Gemma Sinclair, also of Travel Counsellors, added, “A really useful tool – gives a ‘real’ customer experience view.”

Katherine England, from La Vida Travel, agreed, “A great ‘actual’ guest experience video series – in real time.”

Daniel Pugh Jones, part of Travel Counsellors, added, “A natural video from the customer’s point of view will always give a true feel to a destination or hotel over a corporate, polished one.”

The “At Home with Anna Marie and Noéline” video series is available to watch on YouTube via www.youtube.com/@FriendsOfSpring/shorts.
