A Week of Connection: Royal Caribbean Highlights in Ireland
Royal Caribbean recently wrapped up a successful week of trade initiatives in Ireland, starting with regional training sessions for frontline travel agents between November 25th – 27th and closing with an exclusive evening of connection and appreciation at Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa on 2nd December.

The training sessions – held in Belfast on the 25th, Dublin on the 26th, and Cork on the 27th of November – equipped agents with an in-depth understanding of Royal Caribbean’s unique selling points. From exclusive private destinations like Perfect Day at CocoCay and the upcoming Royal Beach Club Paradise Island to dining and beverage packages, stateroom categories, ship classes, and signature onboard experiences, the sessions empowered agents to deliver unforgettable holidays. Alongside updates on 2026 milestones that include the launch of Legend of the Seas in Europe, agents received valuable advice and practical tips to help deliver unforgettable holidays for guests.

At Powerscourt, key partners and media joined for an evening of connection and celebration to close out 2025. Aaron Langford, Senior Sales Director, UK & Ireland, Royal Caribbean and Jennifer Callister, Head of Sales for Ireland, Royal Caribbean, shared exciting trade support initiatives for Legend of the Seas as anticipation builds for the arrival of the first Icon Class ship in Europe. Guests were thrilled to hear more about the return of #GETMEON with #GETMEONLEGEND, rewarding agents for their ongoing commitment, partnership and support.

Royal Caribbean is also hosting dedicated thank-you events for frontline agents on December 3rd in Dublin and Belfast on December 4th, in recognition of the vital role that partners play in delivering extraordinary holidays.

Royal Caribbean’s excellence was also recognised earlier this week with the ITTN “Best Family Ocean Cruise” award, a strong endorsement reinforcing the brand’s leadership in family-focused cruising.
