Croatia Airlines and Croatian National Tourist Board event
H.E. Mr Davor Vidis, Croatian Ambassador to Ireland was joined by Bisera Fabrio (Director Croatian National Tourist Office), Robertina Majstrovic (Area Manager Croatia Airlines) and Antea Burazin (Dalmatia County) at an event in the Irish Georgian Society premises on Dublin’s South William Street to promote tourism to Croatia by Irish holidaymakers. Croatia Airlines GSA in Ireland/ Northern Ireland is ATTS Travel Representation Solutions and Managing Director Catherine Grennel-Whyte welcomed the travel trade and travel media representatives, including Travelbiz Features Editor Declan Mescall. Catherine was joined by her colleagues Martin and Samir.

Croatia was described as having a rich history and vibrant culture together with pristine beaches and 1,244 islands, with Croatia’s Adriatic Sea declared the cleanest sea in Europe. It boasts fantastic cuisine, world-renowned culture and natural heritage and a coastline that extends 6,278 km.

Split-Dalmatian County, dubbed the Heart of the Adriatic, is located in the central part of the Adriatic Coast and offers beaches, islands, historic towns, lakes and mountains together with a vast range of outdoor activities.

In 2026 Croatia Airlines will maintain their three times weekly direct flights between Dublin and it’s hub in Split from 12 May to 11 October. In 2024 the airline celebrated its 35th anniversary and promises to offer “A little bit of Croatia in the sky”.
