Albufeira Returns to Dublin with Trade Workshop and Dinner, 7th October in Medley, Fleet Street.

Albufeira Tourism Board and Albufeira’s Council are heading back to Dublin this October to reconnect with the Irish travel trade and press. The event takes place on Tuesday 7th October 2025 at Medley, Fleet Street with a workshop at 6pm followed by dinner at 7.30pm.

Ireland continues to be a key market for Albufeira, which welcomed almost 900,000 overnight stays in June 2025 alone, making it Portugal’s second most popular destination after Lisbon. With continued growth in low-season business, Albufeira is also increasingly positioning itself as a year-round destination.

A wide selection of local partners will be in attendance showcasing the best of what the region has to offer. These include:

  • AP Hotels with their Victoria Sport & Beach property where family holidays and international-standard sports facilities make this one of the region’s top hotels.
  • Apartamentos do Parque offering sea views and direct access to the Algarve coast, ideal for a relaxing stay year-round.
  • 3HB Golden Beach, located in the heart of Praia da Oura, modern apartments with access to nightlife, shopping and beaches.
  • Visacar over 30 year’s expertise in car rental across every category from city cars to luxury models.
  • AlgarExperience renowned for its unforgettable sunset experiences setting off from Albufeira Marina.
  • Hotéis Real a group with a strong presence in Lisbon, Cascais and the Algarve.
  • Falésia Hotel, offering tranquillity and elegance close to award-winning Falésia beach.
  • Xride specialists in maritime excursions with two decades of expertise and a focus on safety and sustainability.
  • Algarve Riders the family-run scooter hire company with the largest fleet in the region.
  • Dona Filipa Hotel and Golf where five star luxury meets world-class golf at San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.

With its enticing combination of sun, sea, culture and experiences Albufeira continues to strengthen its ties with the Irish travel trade, press and holidaymakers alike.

Guests can look forward to an evening of networking, presentations from The Albufeira Tourist Board, delicious food, Portuguese wines and the chance to win a whole host of fantastic prizes!
