Stuba announces best ever trading day

#Traveltradetogether

Stuba, the award-winning trade only accommodation specialist, has achieved record-breaking results during the peak January booking period. January 2025 saw an overall growth of 15.15% compared to 2024, with 31st January marking Stuba’s best day ever in the UK, exactly one year after its previous record-breaking day in 2024, but with an impressive 7% increase.

This success highlights the continued strength of Stuba’s curated approach to hotel distribution, ensuring travel agents access the right hotels at the best rates for their customers.

Several key destinations have experienced significant year-on-year growth, demonstrating increasing demand across a variety of global hotspots:

  • Orlando – Up 37%, bolstered by Stuba’s direct connection with Universal Resorts and Hotels
  • London – Up 17%
  • Algarve – Up 24%
  • Malta – Up 43%
  • Tokyo – Up 62%
  • Sydney – Up 30%

Stuba has also reported an increase in Average Daily Rate, up 7.2% compared to 2024. This increase reflects both a rise in premium bookings and Stuba’s ability to secure competitive rates for its agent partners.

Commenting on the results, Angela Muir, Head of Sales UK & Ireland, said:

“We are thrilled to start 2025 on such a strong note, setting a new record on 31st January and delivering double-digit growth for the month. These results reflect our commitment to providing travel agents with the best accommodation solutions, backed by seamless technology and competitive pricing. With continued investment in key destinations, direct contracts and supplier relationships, we look forward to building on this momentum throughout the year. We have lots planned for our agents throughout 2025, including incentives, events and fam trips, so make sure that you keep your eyes peeled throughout the year.”
