Expedition Cruise Network Announces 2025 Conference

#Traveltradetogether

Tuesday 30 September & Wednesday 1 October 2025.

Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Cl, London SE1.

Following the highly successful inaugural Expedition Cruise Network Conference in October 2024, hosting 162 delegates, 565 meetings and 22 exhibitors, the Expedition Cruise Network (ECN) is announcing The Expedition Cruise Network Conference 2025.

This year’s event will be held at Glaziers Hall, a riverside conference venue situated in the heart of central London by the buzzing Borough Market district. The new venue offers space to hold separate conference sessions, one-to-one meetings, workshops and presentations, designed to showcase the best in expedition cruising.

The Expedition Cruise Network Conference 2025 is the world’s only conference dedicated to expedition cruising and attracts a diverse range of expedition cruise operators including household names as well as niche operators, making it a perfect place for travel trade professionals, both experienced and new, to connect with existing suppliers, make new connections, and learn about diverse destinations and ways to explore onboard the expedition ships and boats.

This year the days will be split so Day One will provide a focus for travel trade professionals who have experience of expedition cruise and Day Two will be aimed at both new to expedition cruise and those who have an intermediate level of knowledge of the industry.

For both days of The Expedition Cruise Network Conference 2025, delegates will enjoy conference sessions in the morning followed by face-to-face meetings in the afternoon.

The 2025 ECN Awards will be held in the evening of Day One on board The Dixie Queen – a luxury Thames riverboat – to celebrate excellence across the expedition cruise industry with a prestigious welcome drinks reception and dinner.

The focus of Day Two will be dedicated to new to intermediate sellers of expedition cruise, with inspirational speakers, conference and panel sessions interspersed with brand showcases and meetings. Closing the conference, networking drinks will be held in the London Bridge Arches at Glaziers Hall.

Martin Johnson, Chair and co-founder of ECN said: “Following a successful inaugural conference, we are delighted to launch The Expedition Cruise Network Conference 2025.

“The Expedition Cruise Network Conference will truly provide retailers and product developers with a significant advantage when it comes to improving knowledge and expertise of this dynamic and lucrative sector.”
