The Media & Trade Morning Has Been Deferred Until 5pm Friday Due To Unforeseen Weather Conditions

The Media & Trade Morning of the Holiday World Show in RDS Simmonscourt tomorrow, Friday 24^th January, has been deferred until the evening of the same day and will take place from 5pm – 7pm, due to unforeseen and exceptional weather conditions.

The opening of the Holiday World Show to the public has also been deferred until 1.30pm on Friday 24^th January. The remaining schedule for the Holiday World Show will continue as planned for Saturday 25^th and Sunday 26^th January, running from 10am – 5pm on both days.

The decision to defer the Media & Trade Morning as well as the opening of the Holiday World Show was taken by the organisers of the Holiday World Show and the RDS, after consulting with all the relevant health and safety advisors, statutory agencies and the principal stakeholders.

Due to the upcoming landfall of Storm Éowyn, Met Éireann has issued a Status Red Weather Warning for the whole county.  Dublin is under a red weather warning on Friday from 6am until midday.
