Click&Go Holidays wins Above and Beyond Award for 2025

#Traveltradetogether

Click&Go Holidays has won the Above and Beyond Award at the 2025 Celebrity Cruises Travel Agent Achievement Awards, held at the Shard in London.

Click&Go Holidays was the only travel company from the Republic of Ireland to receive an Award at the event. The company was recognised for their integrated marketing approach achieved through print advertising, social media, blogs, and podcasts, all of which helped contribute to their success over the year.  Click&Go Holidays were called out for growing their share of Celebrity Cruises bookings in Ireland.

Click&Go Holidays differentiates itself through its focus on delivering excellence in customer service, striving to provide great holidays and ensuring that Irish holidaymakers feel valued and appreciated after every engagement with Click&Go Holidays. This approach is supported by their Trustpilot score of 4.9, the highest of any holiday company in Ireland for over 2 years, seen in their over 11,000 reviews.

The Travel Agent Achievement Awards recognise and celebrate the continued hard work and support of Celebrity Cruises’ trade partners. The Above and Beyond Award was presented by Claire Stirrup, Senior Sales Director (EMEA) with Celebrity Cruises.

Paul Hackett, CEO of Click&Go Holidays, said: “We are delighted to receive this distinction from our trusted partners at Celebrity Cruises. We believe that this award acts as testament to the dedication of everyone at Click&Go Holidays who over the past year worked tirelessly to introduce new users to the magic of cruise holidays. Receiving the Above and Beyond Award also speaks to our success in carrying out a dynamic, integrated marketing approach, while guided by our relentless focus on customer service. We are honoured that Celebrity Cruises recognised our commitment to always go above and beyond in providing the best holiday experience possible, and that they saw in us a dependable partner with likeminded priorities in customer experience.”
