Tropical Sky – Dublin Office-Based travel specialists

The Role:

As a Specialist Travel Consultant at Tropical Sky, you will get the opportunity to recommend, build and sell tailor-made holidays.

You will have the opportunity to travel on educational trips to learn more about the destinations & products you will be selling.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receiving customer enquiries by telephone and email to book holidays
2. Making outbound calls to previous customers to advise and assist on holiday choices
3. Follow up on all quotes made
4. Assist colleagues’ customers as required
5. Aim to achieve company conversion required per destination
6. Attend shows, functions, familiarisation trips, and workshops as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. A strong sales background with minimum 2 years travel experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
3. Be target driven & highly motivated to achieve sales targets
4. Good attention to detail
5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
