Holly Best (Account Manager Virgin Atlantic Airways) and Joanne Boyd (Head of Sales Virgin Atlantic Airways) welcomed trade partners to the beautiful Druids Glen golf and spa resort for their annual trade partner’s appreciation day.  Once again Holly Best (Virgin Atlantic) organised the sunshine, a great day’s golf, and a great drinks reception and dinner.

Twenty four seasoned and some not so seasoned golfers made their way around the Druids Glen Golf resort in perfect conditions and Travelbiz was on the course and off the course (on numerous occasions) helping all participants to stay on course and shoot a low score!  And that they did, with the Corkonians once again rising to the top with Noel Mcauliffe (MD Travel Focus) winning the overall prize on the day scooping 2 Economy Plus tickets with Virgin Atlantic!  Robbie Smart (John Cassidy Travel) proved once again that he is the strongest golfer in the Travel Industry tour by driving the 18th and winning the longest drive with Paul ‘radar’ Dawson winning nearest the pin with a great tee shot on the 11th

Following a great days golf all guests were treated to a ‘sweat or non-sweat’ post round drinks reception before fine dining in the beautiful 17th century Woodstock House.
