Irelands escorted holiday provider, Travel Department, launched its extensive programme of holidays for 2018 in the Dean Hotel highlighting an exciting selection of long haul itineraries among the new additions to its range.  A specialist in escorted worldwide travel, Travel Department has seen double the anticipated growth of long haul holidays in 2017. The biggest passenger growth was on tours to the USA, Canada and Vietnam. Now, Travel Department is expanding its range of far-flung destinations, with over 100 long haul tours already on sale as part of its 2018 programme, and more to come.

"Travel Department has been offering holidays to worldwide destinations since 2001. Now, we are pleased to respond to the unprecedented demand that we’ve seen from our customers this year by expanding both our range of tours and the number of departure dates.  In 2018, we really do have something for everyone. Critically, we also have a very strong team here in Dublin ready and waiting to help our customers choose the right tour and do their best to accommodate any personal requests, for example, extensions or upgrades,” said Sara Zimmerman (Managing Director Travel Department).
