The Group arrive in Roscoff
13th June 2017 - 2:55pm
The Worldchoice Ireland group arrived in the beautiful port of Roscoff following a really smooth crossing on the Irish Ferries Oscar Wilde. The group were hosted during the crossing by Dermot Merrigan (Head of sales Irish Ferries) in the Restaurant Berneval and could not get over the standard of the food and service. The restaurant is so popular with patrons that you are encouraged to pre book as it’s always busy. The group then made their way to the Gaiety Lounge for a few medium dry Sherries and some great Irish Ferries entertainment.
No stop in Roscoff is complete without a visit to the WBS! The wine beer supermarket offers unbelievable value with an unbeatable range of wines from all over the world. The group loaded up and made their way towards the coastal regions of Brittany and the Vendee.
The recently revamped supermarket is a two minute drive from the Port of Roscoff on the main thoroughfare on all routes out of Roscoff, so you cannot miss it. Well you really could not miss it as its landmark double decker big red bus is there as a landmark for all to see. Fred and Chris (WBS) are well known to all the Irish regulars and will help you make all the right decisions. You can pre order and book on line so that on your way home or to your holiday destination you can arrive, pack your vino away and hit the road.
