Mary King (Travelsavers) is delighted as it’s time to go to the Chocolate bar. John Spollen (ITAA President) and Tom Britton (Marble City Travel) are big chocolate eaters and lead Mary to the Jean-Philippe Maury chocolaterie.

French master-pâtissier Jean-Philippe Maury brings his award-winning touch to the Chocolate Bar, where chocolatiers in an open kitchen will create sweet masterpieces to seduce the eye and delight the palate. Chef Maury is also the creator of a gourmet ice cream parlour and crêperie on the promenade.
