Emma Lelliott (Betabeds Head of Sales & Operations) welcomed a select gathering of agents and Travelbiz, for a lunch briefing in the award winning Fire Restaurant in Dublin.   Operating in one of the most competitive industry segments, Emma highlighted the differentiators for agents dealing with Betabeds.   With over 250,000 hotels in 40,000 destinations worldwide, Betabeds team of direct contractors enable bespoke contracting, resulting in true exclusivity and good late availability across their entire product offering.

Priding themselves on ‘hands on’ account management enables the Betabeds team to provide personalised service to all agents.   Trust is key in this business especially in light of recent collapses in what is a highly competitive space in our industry.   Emma was keen to highlight the financial security of the Betabeds operation which is cash rich following a recent restructuring and unique bespoke payment terms for agents, including real financial protection with Suppliers Failure Insurance.   Emma and the team are happy to talk to all agents to discuss commercial terms and have already got off to an impressive start.
