Tour America - Experienced Operations & Ticketing Consultant
Tour America Winner of Platinum & Gold Awards with Deloitte Best Managed Companies 2017 is looking to recruit an Experienced Operations & Ticketing Consultant in Dublin
You must be confident using Amadeus for ticketing and will be processing all back office functions related to a client’s holiday after booking is confirmed.
Your role will ensure that all packages for Cruise and Land vacations, administration and ticketing is carried out in a timely manner and accurately and provide all of our customers with a high quality service and to take corrective action as necessary.
In addition you will
- Amend discrepancies on Amadeus with names, dates, costings where necessary
- Responsible for the ‘Quality Check’, ensuring all bookings are correct and error free.
- To process web bookings – includes ticketing, sending travel box documents and also when necessary creating Travelbox bookings
- To deal with any close outs that are relevant to hotels that we deal with.
- To handle client queries either by phone or email. This includes amendments, cancellations and complaints. To upsell where possible and generate extra income for Tour America.
- Responsible for online schedule changes
- To liaise with our Reps on site in Orlando to ensure all clients have an excellent hassle free vacation
- To do administration tasks – inclusive of all correspondence with suppliers, on request queue, supplier reports, hotel inventory management
- To work with the Sales Team and Sales Team Leaders to ensure all bookings are accurate and the bookings are stored correctly
