Topflight - European Sales Consultant
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic sales people with a passion for European travel – especially to Italian or ski destinations – to join our team.

Our head office is in the heart of Dublin’s Italian quarter. We also have offices in Brighton, the French Alps, and employ over 120 staff in our featured resorts.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills who can combine their sales skills with their passion for travel to help to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
Successful candidates will regularly exceed their sales targets in their current role (which may not necessarily be in the travel industry) and will be the “go to” person for friends and family looking for advice on ski holidays or trips to interesting European destinations.
Converting enquiries from travel agent and customers (via phone and email) to sales
Meeting agreed sales, conversion and customer service targets
Liaising with hotel and resort service suppliers on behalf of our customers
Some administration and ticketing
APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE:
Minimum 2 years in a sales-related role
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
Ability to learn new technology and skills quickly
A passion for customer service and continuous personal and business improvement
