Falcon / Thomson - Crystal Sales Advisor

As a member of the Sales team, you’ll be securing and servicing customer bookings through both direct telephone and shop sales. You will bring our products and service to life with a fun and enthusiastic approach using your own experience and expertise and help our customers book their perfectly matched holiday by listening to their needs and what matters to them. You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience using the 3 C’s procedure (Connect, Convince & Confirm) and work closely with teams from across the business as the ‘voice’ of our customers.


What you will be doing

On a day to day basis you be processing sales and enquiries, taking sales calls and answering service contacts through all channels, as well as serving customers face to face in our shop base at Head Office. Listening to our customers, you will provide expert advice and suggestions to assist them with making their holiday booking. Following up customer contacts where necessary, you will document all call information according to standard operating procedures, process payments quickly and accurately whilst understanding our terms and conditions of booking.

You will ensure that all forms of contact – such as phone, email, chat, social - are handled quickly and with a friendly ‘can-do’ attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding regular sales performance targets against key performance indicators.

Pro-actively working with the business you will share recommendations for change based on the customer feedback from your direct interactions, ensuring everything that you do is in line with improving and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be expected to stay up to speed with our product understanding, sharing your own stories and using your initiative to ensure you are an expert in our holidays.
